You must be 13 or older. Provide accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your password safe. One account per person — sharing accounts violates these terms.

Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service. Don't upload illegal content. Don't impersonate others. Don't share your access with anyone else. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules without notice.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your account page — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Our content (tests, videos, articles, AI outputs) is licensed to you for personal study only. Don't redistribute, republish, or use it to train competing products. Content you submit (essays, audio) remains yours; you grant us a licence to process it to deliver the service.

Band scores, essay feedback, and practice generation are produced by AI. They're estimates — not official IELTS results. Use them as a study aid, not as a guarantee of test-day performance.

We provide the service "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (missed deadlines, denied visas, etc.). Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at what you paid us in that period.

You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate accounts that breach these terms or after 18 months of inactivity. On termination we delete your data within 90 days, except where legally required to retain it.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of London, UK — unless you're a consumer in another country, in which case local consumer law applies.
