Affiliate FAQ

Is the commission really recurring?

What's the cookie window?

90 days. If a user clicks your link and signs up within 90 days, the conversion is attributed to you.

Can I run paid ads on the Band Hike brand?

No bidding on our brand keywords or trademark variants. Anywhere else is fair game.

How do you pay?

Stripe Connect, PayPal or international wire. Minimum payout $50. Net-30 from end of the billing month.

Do you offer custom coupons?

Yes, from Growth tier. Custom coupon = lower friction for your audience + better tracking for you.
