New paid plans (Pro, Premium) come with a no-questions-asked refund window of 14 days from your first payment. Email billing@bandhike.com and you'll be refunded in full within 5 business days.
02Annual plans
Beyond 14 days, annual plans are refundable on a pro-rata basis if you cancel within the first 60 days. After 60 days, annual plans are non-refundable but cancel-able (no further charges).
03Monthly plans
Beyond 14 days, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current period. Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
04Mentor sessions
1:1 mentor bookings are refundable up to 24 hours before the session. Within 24 hours, the session is non-refundable but reschedulable once.
05How to request a refund
Email billing@bandhike.com with your account email and a brief reason. We process refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days. Bank settlement may take an additional 3–10 days.
06Exceptions
Discounted or promotional plans (e.g. Black Friday lifetime deals) may have different terms — those will be stated at checkout. Refunds aren't available if your account has been suspended for terms violations.
